The bridge structure, measuring 4000 mm in width and 7000 mm in height, is engineered to support 29 pipelines ranging in size from 1” to 6”. These pipelines are constructed from either carbon steel or stainless steel, depending on the specific process requirements. The connections for the pipelines are predominantly welded.The design also incorporates provisions for 50% future pipeline installations, allowing for easy expansion and adaptability. Additionally, the bridge accommodates electrical channels, ensuring all process and utility needs are met efficiently.

The Swoping Canopy Structure, weighing 6 tons, features specialized clips that secure the curved panels while allowing for thermal expansion, ensuring structural integrity. The design is modular, with sections equipped with lifting points for safe transportation and seamless assembly. Compliant with Australian Standards, particularly AS4654 for waterproofing, the structure is engineered to withstand load-bearing and wind resistance requirements. An integrated gutter system aligns with the canopy's curvature for efficient rainwater management, while a tailored waterproofing solution with membrane layers and sealants ensures full coverage and durability, especially at critical joints.

In the South Geelong to Waurn Ponds Duplication project, I was responsible for cladding approximately 220m² of aluminum panels across several canopies. This work involved precise installation to enhance both the durability and visual appeal of the station's upgraded structures, contributing to the overall modernization and improved functionality of the passenger facilities.ensures full coverage and durability, especially at critical joints.

The screw’s helical structure drives the pulp forward through the chamber, gradually increasing pressure to maximize oil extraction. The machine’s heavy-duty frame supports the intense forces generated during operation, while the strategically placed motor provides the necessary torque for continuous operation for 15 TONS. The design also incorporates discharge points for both the extracted oil and the remaining press cake, which includes fiber and nuts. This combination of mechanical precision and robust construction ensures high efficiency and durability in demanding industrial environments.
